1. Information We Collect

When you submit a consultation request, make a M-Pesa payment, or register an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any reference images you choose to share.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to process your consultation requests, communicate with you about your bespoke commission, process milestone payments, and send transactional notifications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to process M-Pesa payments via Safaricom's Daraja API.

3. M-Pesa Payments

All payment processing is handled through Safaricom's M-Pesa Daraja API. We store your M-Pesa transaction receipt numbers for auditing purposes but do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full phone number beyond what is required for reconciliation.

4. Data Security

All data is stored on encrypted, managed PostgreSQL databases. Access is restricted to authorised staff only via role-based access control. Backups are encrypted and stored securely.
