1. Bespoke Commissions

All bespoke commission orders require a non-refundable deposit milestone payment before design work commences. By approving a 3D render and proceeding to crafting, the client confirms acceptance of the design and agreed pricing.

2. Milestone Payment Structure

Due to Safaricom's per-transaction limits (KES 250,000) and daily limits (KES 500,000), high-value commissions are invoiced in structured milestones: Deposit, Production, and Final Handover. Each milestone must be paid before work proceeds to the next stage.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

All bespoke commission deposits are strictly non-refundable. Once design work, 3D rendering, or sourcing of materials has commenced, the deposit cannot be returned. This policy reflects the custom nature of bespoke jewellery production.

4. Ready-Made Pieces

Ready-made pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original condition, subject to management approval. No cash refunds are issued on jewellery purchases.

5. Pricing & Currency

All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES). USD equivalents shown on the website are indicative only, based on current exchange rates, and do not constitute a binding offer in USD. All payments are processed in KES via M-Pesa.
